What Hoostle is
Hoostle collects publicly available information: job advertisements, product recall notices, published regulations and news reports. It organises that information and uses it to suggest ways you might be able to earn money, matched to what you tell us about your situation.
What Hoostle is not
We do not guarantee, promise, project or imply that you will earn any money at all. Nothing in this product is a prediction of income. What you earn, if anything, depends entirely on what you do, how well you do it, your market, your timing and a great deal of luck. Most people who try to start something earn nothing. That is not a disclaimer we are hiding at the bottom of the page; it is the honest situation and you should go in knowing it.
Hoostle does not provide financial, legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. Suggestions are starting points for your own research, not professional recommendations. If an opportunity touches a regulated area, take proper advice before you act.
Check things yourself
Every opportunity anchored to a real event carries a link to its source. We show you that link precisely so you can verify it. Sources can be wrong, out of date or removed after we collect them. We make a genuine effort to keep the information fresh, but we cannot guarantee its accuracy, and you are responsible for checking anything before you act on it.
Your account
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live. One person, one account. Do not resell, scrape or automate access to the service. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to circumvent usage limits.
Prices
Paid plans are priced per month, in US dollars. There is no annual plan and no minimum term. Any tax that applies to your purchase is calculated and shown to you before you pay, and itemised on your receipt. The free tier is free permanently and does not require a card.
Payment, renewal and cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Payment is taken by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
You can cancel at any time from your account page, in a single click, with no phone call and no retention maze. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep everything your plan gives you until that date, you are not billed again, and we tell you the exact date in the product. Nothing you have already found is taken away from you when the plan ends.
If you cancel shortly after being billed and have barely used the service, contact us and we will sort out a fair refund. We would rather do that than have you feel cheated.
If a renewal payment fails, we do not cut you off that day. Your card issuer is retried over the following weeks and you keep your plan while that happens. Only once those attempts have finished without a payment does the account return to the free tier.
Your right to change your mind
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital services. Because Hoostle gives you immediate access, you are asked to consent to the service starting straight away, and you acknowledge that you lose that withdrawal right once it does. If you have not used the service, we will refund you within those 14 days regardless.
Availability
We aim to keep Hoostle running continuously but we do not promise uninterrupted service. If our data collection falls behind, we will refuse to run a hunt rather than serve you a worse one, and that hunt will not be deducted from your allowance.
Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, Hoostle is provided as is, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will say so in the product before it takes effect.
Law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the law where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
